No audio? Check your mute settings

Most browsers start videos muted by default. Look for the speaker icon in the bottom-left of the video player and click it to unmute. Also check that your device volume is turned up and not on silent mode.

Video buffering or poor quality?

A stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps is recommended. Try switching from WiFi to a wired connection, closing other tabs or apps using bandwidth, or lowering the stream quality in the player settings if available.

"You're watching elsewhere" message?

Your ticket allows access on one device at a time. If you see this message, it means your ticket is active on another device. Click "Watch Here Instead" to transfer the session to your current device — this will end playback on the other one.

When does the stream start?

The show begins at the time listed on your ticket. We recommend joining 5–10 minutes early. Your magic link will activate at showtime — if you arrive early, you'll see a countdown page.

Lost your access link?

Check your email for the original confirmation from whisk.live. You can also use your access code (found in that same email) at the manual entry page. If you still can't find it, email hello@whisk.live with your order number.

Which browsers are supported?

We recommend the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. The stream also works on mobile browsers (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android). For the best experience, make sure your browser is up to date.

How does the 48-hour replay work?

After the live show ends, the full recording becomes available on-demand for 48 hours. Use the same link or access code to watch. You can pause, rewind, and rewatch as many times as you want within that window.
